The first sketch how he can looks like. But I'm not happy with an elf and so I decided to make him little bit mystical and that stuff.
I started with some clothes design to define in which century the vampire mage came from. The first two lines look so messy, no clue in which way i should go. I like 13 and 14, maybe parts of 15/16.

Next step: I picked number 14 and did some concept sketches for the clothes. I don't like the lower part yet. And C is too pristish aarrrg
14 was the one I was going to say I liked best as I was scrolling down. I believe that A looks best in the "Clothes design." As far as that strangeness you remarked about, I think that if his skirt followed gravity straight down and didn't flare outward, you'd be set.

Design 11 and 3 is what I prefer, good story from the armor you could tell, amazing shapes too. I wonder what his powers are, really interesting
Thank you! I want to make something special to the clothes to recognize the mirror shivers, something like frazzled cape or something like that. Maybe he can summon a huge mirror to use in battle.
Man, your sketches are awesome and the idea is something easy to feel familiar with. The fact that you did so many versions and adopted the best elements of each will definitely repercute in the final result.great job and... keep it up

I mixed the sketches I did before and created a new one. There are some details missing I will add later.
I really liked 14 from the first set of armor, it's looking pretty promising btw, sticking around to see the final illustrations for sure
These are looking really awesome... I do like C from the previous sketches. It's not too much priest and I think the hood is a good direction:) Excited to see more!

Sketches to find out how the character could be. The haircut is boring, isn't it? haha
The hair is plain for now, add a lil bit of a hair strand coming down his eyes or somewhere and boom, you might get a boring hair that is really memorable haha just a suggestion!

New update and I added more details to the clothes. Here're my thoughts:• most fabric stuff, the clothes shouldn't too heavy (more mobility)• bandages cover the cuts from mirror shiver (he uses shivers in battle)• ornaments on the clothes mostly spikey to symbolise he's a badass• damaged cape to show he is battle-tested
Maybe some facial hair could help? Like the head #4 you posted before.
