Nice start man! I get that he's supposed to be stylised, but his short legs are braking the overall composition and flow of the character. It feels like feet are growing straight from his knees and it really distracts the attention. Just my 2 cents x] Good luck!
Nice Work.
nice work mate ...I kinda guess its gonna be stylized n looking forward to how you're gonna texture it.!
Really cool work !!!
Oh i like his face.
Interesting concept! Looking forward to it
Thanks for your suggestion Armians! I think to start the sculpt of the legs part before modify de proportion of the character. Maybe the silhouette of the pants is the problem.
Thanks for your comment Reaper 183! I’m not sur yet if I use hand painted texturing technique or PBR process.
Thanks for your suggestion and comments! I finished the torso and the face, the next step is the pants! Keep calm, Onhir is coming!
Cleeeeaaaaan sculpt, concept looks great too. Look forward to your progress.
noice, is one of his arms longer?
Nice anathomy, and I like the edged overwatch style.
Mike Wazowski got buff Just kidding really cool design and sculpt is coming along. That helmet was interesting hope to see it at the end, even if he just holds it.
well u can use hand painted textures and even add PBR properties to it too...just check this tutorial series out (If u haven't ) https://cubebrush.co/mb/products/1ztdpw-wiAJ# ...here Marc explained how to add PBR properties to your hand painted textures using substance painter...any way good luck with your work!!
Wip the pants and gauntlets! I decided to change the design of the gauntlets for a more tribal look! I work now on the belt! Hope you enjoy and merry christmas!
Hi Reaper183, thanks for the advice! I have bought the tutorial of Marc Brunet and it is awesome! I will definitely use this process for texturing my character!
few additional pictures! I work now on his gorget. Hope you like it! Feel free to comment!
Very nice work, I love the stylised edges and the uniqueness of the concept.
All your elements seem to be grounded quite nicely too, something I always struggle a bit with.
Keep up the good work
It's a pleasure to meet here other people from HEAJ!
Perfect and so clean anatomy Looking forward for the next!
Nice progress. I actually liked the belt in the concept more, orient style.
