@neer i think it helps a lot, i uved the parts beforehand, so at the end i just have to layout them. i hope i didn't miss anything .. 
i have added and rebuild some more parts.
i projected a basemesh onto the body and refined the topology. fixed the hands and face.

i have to rebuild the shoulder-thing and then add the last details, before i start sculpting.
and still missing all the skulls and bones!
i'll make the uv's during sculpting and import them onto the sculpt.
have to find a good solution on how to group all the meshes ... a lot of objects at the moment...
