Can't Seem to Change my Forum Username

Hello! Does anyone else have this issue? When I signed up in Cubebrush I just did it the normal email way, I didn't connect to any social media to do this. However on the Cubebrush forums my username here is different from my normal store profile. On my profile it says fullname is "Clarie F." and user name is "clarief".

I tried to change it to see if anything would change with my forum username but nothing happened. Also, I am a bit worried about it since I joined the ArtWar2 contest and when I was posting my entry I written my username as "clarief" even though on the forum it says "ferguson-clarissa". I did explain my issue in the thread so people won't think that I am lying or anything. But I don't want there to be any confusion or I miss out on chances in ArtWar 2 because my usernames are different some how.

And also, for some reason I do not see my profile picture either, unless that is just on purpose.

Any help will be appreciated! Thank you!

yes, but i already changed it like thrice and it's still not showing up on the forum page. my profile seemed to be a letter and my name showed is different from what i wrote on the username bar. Is it a bug ?

@acolet I actually have the same problem. I'm a new user but I have my username set as velo_emp, but it is shown in my posts as Yoji.sakamoto15 and I don't want it to be that way, I would like my username to be shown instead. It's also shown in my posts a capital letter "Y", but I had set my profile pic aswell. Thanks in advance.

Hello I signed in with a different email then made a forum to join a competion I then changed my username and email but the forum username still appears as my other profile name (the one before)

You're welcome! However, you unfortunately can't have a space in your username. Would something like Mr.Physis_T.Pen or maybe another variation be alright with you? If not please let me know
