The features alone definitely look great! Shading the head is definitely a big jump in difficulty up from shading individual shapes, you did a nice job! Definitely check out the asaro head for more information about the different face planes and it will get easier over time. Shading a face is definitely super hard. Good work!

Term 2 - Perspective - Assignments

perspective is noooooott my thing, but i managed xd
i spent time on the first assignment, kinda winged the other 2 TT
i also changed them a bit and instead of creating 3 different buildings/sceneries i just did them all about a single, uh, lighthouse, tbh i started with a gateway to heaven but welp
hope thats fine xd

Term 3 - Clothed figure - Assignments

heeeeey i had holidays so a big pause in drawing and finishing these took longer than it should have xd
i should be able to put extra time into drawing from now on tho

enjoyed drawing these a lot, surprised myself a bit too : )

drawing clothes from imagination sure is tricky, i struggle with focusing a bit so i often forgot to actually think and got lazy with the folds, oops iguess xd

For the red shirt, I think the volume at the bottom (right side) doesn't quite match the volume of the body. I also could be wrong xD But it seems a tiny bit too flat ^^
Nonetheless I like how you shaded the material 👍

Term 3 - Anatomy - Assignments

ive taken quite a detailed look into anatomy before, but revisiting it and seeing another artists way of simplifying things is always nice
also the names of the muscles are difficult xdd
i did the assignments quite fast and a little sloppy i think, definitely not my 100% effort, sorry bout that : )

Term 4 - Anatomy - Assignments

hey long time no see haha
tbh im having a bit of a tough time with focus and motivation, could do so much better on the assignments if i really wanted to
i might have in mind how to fix that tho so no worries xd

i did watch the zbrush lessons but ill leave those assignments to someday when i have more time, so jumped straight to term 4 anatomy which lets be honest, i didnt really follow exactly and kinda shortcut the assignment xd
ill fix that with time i promise : )

Term 4 - Light and Colour - Assignments

why is it that always when u decide to take ur stuff together u get hit by the most chaotic week possible that completely ruins ur routine and u end up not getting anything together at all -_-

here are the assignments i finally managed to finish tho ehe

not sure if i even did them right, like am i allowed to change the saturation and value when using a colour palette? xd
i changed them a lot on first two, tried to use the given colours on others

i speedrun these aswell so theyre not 100% accurate but the point is there, im not really sure about the yellowish pyramid but i couldnt figure out any other way either

all the color palletes look amazing! my fav ones are the amalogous (red/orange) one and the turquoise one

can't comment on the perspective of the shadow just yet since i have yet to do the hw and need to rewatch/review that part of the vid haha

hey there, happy holidays : )
next up we have animal anatomy and it will take me longer to finish so, i thought id share my progress on drawing portraits, i figured out what i did wrong and found a style im more comfy with, ill try to do like 10 more of these

i moved the paintings a bit to crop the page better, thats why the numbers dont really go right xd

im going to be taking a bigger pause from drawing due to holidays and lack of motivation ig, im really struggling to get myself to sit down and focus so i think i might need a break, even tho it makes me feel a bit guilty xdd

also i havent replied to anyone but thanks for all the comments theyre appreciated <3

Term 5 - Animal/Creature Drawing - Assignments

so i finally finished with these : D

these were really fun honestly

for my fantasy creature i decided to take an animal that i used to draw when i was younger and made it more realistic, i enjoyed this surprisingly lots
this is also first time in like 3 years that ive rendered something big in colour, im happy ive gotten better, one of the biggest reasons for me to start studying art overall was that my colours always used to look ded xd
