Practicing grayscale to colour, looking at difference reference for colour as it’s still a challenging area for me. Remembering that my first idea is not always my best as you can tell from the constant background changes.

I definitely feel more comfortable with grayscale painting now, next step for me is to tackle creature design. Slowly getting better at rendering armour too
Dang I feel like each submission keeps getting better and better! Really nice work here! I like working in greyscale also because it helps my brain from having to deal with to many concepts at once. Some day I will start in color but this process works well for me now! Keep up the great work! I cant wait to see more!
@Lockenheim exactly whenever I work in colour I just waste time and have to go back to grayscale, it’ll take time for sure but we will get there

Simplifying faces and shapes has been helping a lot with getting the correct forms. Still working on creature and animal design so don’t have much to upload on that yet. My understanding of clothing physics needs to improve so here we areeee

Something that took up a lot of my time was this piece for a competition, tried creating a character different to what I usually do which is why it took me so long

Understanding landscapes by simplifying the shapes within them so they are less confusing and I can have a more stylistic look
Starting to practice drawing gold and adding special effects in the same style of league of legends to my paintings now. Want to really work on stylising and costume design in styles that would match certain games
Foot, hand and random eye studies. I have been spending a lot of time on painting recently so it's always nice to go back to using lines. Fundamentals are very important so I'm pushing myself to draw in different perspectives than I usually would and not just common poses.
I think my art block is slowly fading so I will be able to create more

@lockenheim Thank you so so much! recently it has been a struggle to stay motivated and now I am moving onto environments I feel so out of my depth, but remembering my progress with drawing/painting people is motivating me
