That is one of the most accurate studies of that photo I've seen in the art school submissions.

My second illustration since starting digital drawing... there are a lot of flaws, but I am ok with it. Still... feedback is welcome
no real feedback but you could probably darken your darks and brighten your lights. don'tbe afraid to push the colors. I pictured this as a deep underwater.

Thanks!! It was a challenge to draw an underwater civilization and I was looking at reference pictures of underwater creatures.. saw a jellyfish and then "ping"
