Thank you very much for your kind words ! At first I planed to do lineart of the environment just as the assignment said but then I realized that I have no idea whats going on there Breaking it into big parts really helped.
More daily assignments. I will probably watch some more videos on gesture drawing. Some of the poses still feel too stiff and I feel like I often get carried away with details.
Amazing work with the shading you are using so far, it looks so clear and expressive.
And the volume study is a pretty good work too, with the different angles and the perspective...I love the duck
