Hey I'm Patricia 18 year old from Poland. My goal is to become game or comic artist. I've been drawing since I was little but took it seriously 3 years ago and attended local art course for a while. I want to try to get into Art University to major in Game Designing or Digital Art.

Fold studies
I haven't focused much on anatomy here. I need to work on the thickness of lines.

Portait and figure drawing

Yo those are some beautiful rhythms on that portrait drawing and your figure drawing is also looking very very good - sans the upper right back muscles

I think when you shade you should try to simplify your shadow areas into larger shapes and group some of them together to give a less busy effect. For example, you can keep the superficial vein highlight and from there make a large abstract shape that adds various shadows together on the forearm and so forth. If you squint a bit, you’ll see it

I haven't done traditional painting for a long time. These two gave me so much fun that I thought I might share them with you.
I see some mistakes there after it dried but I still love both pieces.
They were done with oils and I used reference photos

Hello, I have been tired of digital art lately so I switched to traditional for a while.
Here are some of my studies on deers and muntjacs and a concept for creature. For now I call them 'blighted deers'. Glands on their legs create mists. I wonder if I should keep them as calm animals or make the mists poisonous and go for predators

Nice job on those shaded figures. The fold study also looks very nice. One thing I do observe is that it seems some of the shadows on the folds should actually be midtones in the light, there are actually fewer shadows in the reference if you look closely

Thank you @snakker, I tried to fix fold study. I had to take a fresh look on this to spot it.
I am done with anatomy class, it clarified a lot things. I have to work on side view it was the most problematic one

Hello,
I've been working lately on character concepts

He is one of elder wizards. I wanted him to be elegant and full of grace and somehow ended making peacock out of him. Also I forgot to use waterproof fineliners with watercolor but I like how it turned out

Here is mercenary/monster hunter I keep changing his appearance and story but i think i am satisfied with this look. Need to figure out belts and weapon (sword and dagger for now)

And eye study with gouache

Also my friend started asking me why I don't post my art in social media; Do you have any advice how to get started? ...well it will take time for my introverted self to do it as it took few months to start posting here
