mainly been working on uni and game work atm but now that Cubebrush is running there contests again I might start doing a tad more personal stuff... should get Scott Robertson books soon as well.
only 2 hours in but plan to do alot more. probably wake up tomorrow to realise how off everything is haha ^-^
here it is done mainly due me flattening all the layers and then saving it =_= such an idiot... Also why can't I change my forum name and pic it's really annoying 0.o
sorry for the lack of uploads just been stuck doing animation and work on the game plus an essay =.= have been doing a few doodles in sketchbooks and I have been practising a tad bit of perspective stuff. here is a nasty doodle for fun haha ^_^
so close to deadlines but yet they feel miles away with all the animation work to be done Q.Q alot happening in my life atm but for fun i manged to do a couple 1 hour sketches. please be very harsh with feedback. I won't be taking them any further but would love to hear what you think I should have done to them

studies
face practice two from ref but mainly trying to semi mimic Nabetse Zitro. defiantly not happy with these faces as I can see they look off, but hopefully this will only help me improve. did also do perspective drawing in pencil but shall scan in at another point
more head practice again can't show perspective studies yet. will maybe take them to the library and scan them in lump sums. two heads with orange marks from photos other imagination. computer is on last legs for sure painting in Photoshop is now not working 50% of the time
looking at how the head connects to the body through videos but these are all imagination stuff.
more imagination stuff. Think face are getting a wee bit better but still not satisfied.

fallen way to much out of rhythm so gona try have one finished painting a week with 1+ hours each day. I will still try and do other studies plus uni work

week 2, day 2
trying to understand lighting a tiny bit more, and going for a more complex shot C&C always welcome as I do these
animation character sheets for uni. mine didn't get picked but looking forward to working on someone else character
week 2 done although struggled a bit since my mates dragged me out alot but non the less still hit the minimum time. really struggled with this piece and again would really appreciate feedback and paint overs.
feel like all my painting lack story and excitement so try achieve that in this weeks painting. Decided to find a shot from an anime and take inspiration from . shot taken from Saga of Tanya of Evil (two guys getting wrecked in explosion)
