Can't receive neither the download link nor email confirmation link

Hi,
I recently bought the Art School Program of Marc Brunet. I've forgot about this account so I enter another email adresse while purchasing. I've never received neither the download link nor the email confirmation link.
I tried to resend it a dozen of time, check up my spam, or try to reset my password but nothing appears in my inbox.

Can someone helps me, please ?

Yes I've contacted the support but I didn't get any answer. So I reached out to Marc Brunet and he replied. I hope it will be fix tomorrow.
