Changing my Forum Profile

Hallo! I'm new to forums, and I can't seem to change my forum profile. I think I've stumbled on a strange glitch where if I click "forum profile" from the drop-down options under my username ,when I'm on the Cubebrush main page, it'll take me to the correct profile. But if I refresh the page it'll go back to the way it was before, almost like my account is connected to two different forum profiles. I've cleared my cache/cookies but I keep running into the same problem. I'd like to change my profile name to alix28 if that's possible! I'm not sure what to do about everything else . I'm so sorry for the long message!

Alright, just out of curiosity, is it okay to try it again? My username was already set to alix28 in my profile settings, yet never showed up. It allowed me to save it that way and only shows up as my forum profile name when I go from the marketplace to the forums and changes to alexcox289 when I refresh the page. It's very weird. If it's still not available maybe try Alix29? lol I'm so sorry idk what I'm doing.
