I'll start with a post about where I'm at right now. I'd say this is one of the drawings I'm most proud of at the moment.

Daily practice 2: some skeletons, gesture drawing, and a figure

I want to work on making the poses look more dynamic and less stiff

Very nice work! Welcome to the forums I look forward to seeing more!

A 1-point perspective room. I tried to use light to imply that there's a window next to the bed in the little alcove

A 2-point perspective building loosely inspired by Korean Buddhist temples

At first I attempted to make a street corner with three buildings from imagination, but it looked very boring and clashy so I ditched that idea and boy oh boy do references make a difference. Future goal: be able to design cool buildings from imagination

This is very well done! Fantastic work!

My first attempt at drawing the head. Something about it feels off to me, but I'm not sure what so any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for checking out my stuff

Hi Phoenixdown this is a fantastic portrait especially for your first time! Ok take this with a grain of salt I am still very new to all of this but the main thing that sticks out to me is the forehead. I am also trying to understand this for myself. The values suggest that there is a large lump in the middle of the head. I did a paint over with my best understanding.

Im not sure this is 100% correct but it makes sense in my head. Again I am new and probably also made mistake. Maybe this will help!
