Update Forum Profile Picture?

I'm not sure if my Profile is actually updating or not within the forum.

I've tried to change my profile Image and Username through the settings menu on the main page [ https://cubebrush.co/ ] and by going through both the PROFILE PAGE and the FORUM PAGE.

On these pages my profile has the NEW Profile picture and Username.
However, the second I enter the forums its the same profile that was set up when I signed up.
Is there something that I'm missing or anything that's interfering with the update of the forum profile ? And how is the PROFILE BACKGROUND and USER CARD BACKGROUND suppose to work ? ( neither seem to appear on my side of things)

Sorry for the inconvenience. This bug happens to a small percentage of people, they usually can't seem to upload a profile picture t all but I see you've changed it before. Did you try using different formats and smaller sizes and then save?
If you want I can change your username for you. What would you like it to be?

I'd love to change my username to[ vincent_williams_ii ], thanks for letting me know about the bug. I'll try to see if I can switch up the size and format of my profile picture and see what happens.

I'm having the same problem with my forum profile pic. My regular profile pic is showing but my forum avatar doesn't show. Is there any fix I can do on my end? If it takes a mod to change my name can you switch mine to "r0_1". No rush on this any help would be appreciated.

I've changed your name for you. Unfortunately I cannot change your avatar myself.
I think some users have this avatar bug which hasn't been fixed yet. So sorry for the inconvenience.

i made a new account and the update works fine with the profile pic. I want to repost my ARTWAR 2D entry thread later under the new account. Can you delete my ARTWAR thread:

Hi @r0_1! Yes, only moderators can delete topics and I'm gonna get right to it, but first, could you post a reply here with your new account?

Could you please contact Cubebrush directly via here? They'll be able to help you because Moderators can't change profile pictures or bugs related to them. It would be helpful if you'd let them know what you've tried to solve the issue, too. You can send me a DM if the problem persists. : )
